Picture the scene. A Colombian national holiday. A beach in Taganga, near Santa Marta. Several extranjeros that have been up all night partying and haven't slept a wink since getting back from a five day hike in Ciudad Perdida, and several local children that are fascinated with one of the extranjero's blonde hair.
